1. Job Description
·
Develop teaching plans and professional development plans in accordance with the guidance of the Ministry of Education and the School.
·
Organize and implement teaching activities to ensure alignment with the established objectives and plans.
·
Ensure teaching quality in accordance with knowledge and skills standards.
·
Conduct assessments of students’ learning outcomes by lesson, week, and month in order to make timely adjustments and provide appropriate support.
·
Effectively use teaching equipment and materials provided by the School or self-prepared to enhance teaching effectiveness.
· Develop and promote learning movements and academic competitions within high-achievement programs organized by the education sector or in coordination with the School, in order to enhance students’ learning outcomes and maximize the effectiveness of high-achievement programs.
2. Job Requirements
·
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Primary Education or related fields.
·
From 2–3 years of experience in a similar position; preference will be given to candidates with experience working at private, non-public, or international schools.
·
Good presentation skills.
·
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
·
Innovative and creative mindset in teaching.
·
Passionate about the profession, dedicated to working with children; understands student psychology and is willing to accompany and support students in the role of a homeroom teacher.
·
Professional demeanor and attire appropriate for an educational environment.
